A New Digital Home

Ulysses Development Group is a mission-driven affordable housing developer who came to AOR seeking a new website. They know their website is the digital doorstep to all their offerings and recognized the need to elevate the user experience as well as their overall online presence to continue to drive awareness and business.

Clean & Clear
We began by mapping user journeys across the site to ensure intuitive navigation for their numerous target audiences which included business partners, government entities, lenders, and potential employees. The large array of potential visitors also meant that we kept the design and content as clean and simple as possible — it was important that all content could speak to all audiences.

Collaboration is Key
AOR provided a strategic sitemap and content map along with wireframes, vision boards, page designs, and final development of the new site. Together with the Ulysses team, we worked to develop the site content which they wanted to write themselves with our guidance.

New Features. New Successes.

The new site is home to a suite of new features, including a news page, a press page, a work portfolio, a team page, and a careers page. All these new navigation options lift Ulysses’ many capabilities and accomplishments — demonstrating their value in a way that shows rather than just tells their story. The user-friendly design and reworked navigation delivered great results right away.

This project was the catalyst for what has become a strong long-term relationship between AOR and Ulysses Development Group.
