From the very beginning of our relationship with Douglass Colony Group, we’ve acted as an extension of their internal marketing team — ideating together, strategizing about how to improve their position in the industry, and putting our heads together for some really rad creative.

After several years of working with DCG on advertorials, ad placements, and social media, we needed to redesign and develop their website. It was and is their ultimate goal to stand out in the crowded construction and roofing industry in Colorado and one of the best ways to accomplish that goal is through a well-structured and beautiful website.
Their site now clearly displays Douglass Colony’s many services in both content and UX, and it gets more visual than ever before. As we developed the site, we executed a multi-day, multi-location photoshoot to gather assets.
The easy-to-navigate website with access to their portfolio, many divisions, and written insights now more clearly showcases DCG as a premier specialty contractor in Denver.
Having a website is one thing, but connecting with the community and showcasing all the great work DCG does in the Rocky Mountain Region, is another. All that involves putting some brain power into SEO, standing out on social media, and capturing the work DCG is doing in the community.
Our monthly audits include technical keyword maintenance, blog writing, keyword research, updating Meta details, Google My Business upkeep, competitor analysis, and any other SEO-related tasks needed to keep Douglass Colony’s website at the top of users’ search results.
Our team brainstorms the content calendar monthly and is responsible for designing, planning, writing, and implementing organic social media posts on Facebook and LinkedIn each month. We spend extra time writing for Google My Business and interacting with building and roofing partners in the area.
Every month, our in-house photographer goes on-site at DCG’s completed or ongoing projects to capture the work they’re doing in the community. We’ve been all over the state — from Colorado Springs to Boulder! The photos and videos are then edited and added to project posts on the website. These project posts highlight DCG’s involvement and help with technical SEO.
Each year our work with DCG evolves, expands, and pushes us to think outside the box. It’s wonderful to have a partnership with a business for so many years and watch as new ideas come to life and goals are met.
